Have a question? here are some answers to our commonly asked questions

How long will my my box take to be delivered? We will aim to dispatch you box within 1-2 days of the order being placed. However we have no control over the delays that may be incurred with Courier post.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes as soon as your box has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. If for some reason you do not receive it please contact us by debbie@simplyeuphoric.co.nz.

Can I select a particular date for delivery? Yes. Please note in the notes section on the checkout page if you have a preferred date.

Do you ship internationally? No we do not sorry.

What if my order has arrived damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

Can i include a message with my gift? Absolutely! On the product page tick the box "add gift options". Enter your message before you proceed to checkout. All boxes are sent with the card free of charge.

Can i pick products to form my own customised gift box? Absolutely. Get in touch with us so we can work together to create the perfect gift.
